Conference fees and registration

The registration fee includes the attendance to all sessions of the conference, accommodation, meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), coffee breaks, starting from the dinner on Monday, November 24th to the lunch on Friday, November 28th.

The budget is still being finalized, but we aim to keep the fees as low as possible—particularly by offering a special discount for students willing to share a twin room.
