Conference fees and registration

The registration fee includes the attendance to all sessions of the conference, accommodation, meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), coffee breaks, starting from the dinner on Monday, November 24th to the lunch on Friday, November 28th.

Single room : 660€ (without VAT) (726€ including VAT)
Twin room : 350€ (without VAT) (385€ including VAT) (shared room with two individual beds). In the limit of availability. Priority will be given to students and post docs. You can choose your roommate.

Pre-registation is closed

The registration is a two step process:

(1) Pre-registration: if you do not have a scienceconf account yet, please create one by clicking on Login, Create Account.
Once your account has been created and you are logged in, you should see the panel MY SPACE on the left side. Click on My registration, fill the form and submit it. You should receive an automatic email [howdi2025] Registration request.
We will then manually validate your pre-registration. This enable us to check the availability of the rooms.
Once it's done, you will receive a second email [howdi2025] Registration confirmation with all the information for the second step (payment).

(2) Payment: the payment process will be done through AzurColloque. All the information will be provided in the [howdi2025] Registration confirmation email.
Please do not register on AzurColloque before you receive the [howdi2025] Registration confirmation email.
